This notice describes how Massena Consulting LLC ("Massena", "we", "our") handles personal information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The engagement type you selected (optional)
• The contents of your message

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may also log standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp for security and abuse prevention. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether we are a fit for the engagement you are exploring. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Submitted inquiries are retained for up to 24 months in our email and form-submission archive, after which they are deleted. If we begin a client engagement with you, communications related to that engagement are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for professional records.

How we protect it

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Our hosting infrastructure (Netlify) maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. Access to inquiry records is limited to Massena partners and engagement staff on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Send a written request to info@massenaconsulting.com and we will respond within 30 days.
